MR TUNDE BADEJO         -           CHAIRMAN

Mr. Tunde Badejo, a seasoned IT professional, started his career with the famous Allstate Insurance in the USA about 26 years ago.  He attended Chicago State University, in Chicago and graduated with first class in Mathematics.  Mr. Badejo, an ex Oracle Corporation employee has engaged IT businesses, ranging from Business Development, Application and Data Base design, development and implementation  before joining his ex-oracle colleagues to start up Soft Alliance and Resources Inc. in Atlanta in 1991.  Mr. Badejo has fulfilled his vision of bringing IT into Nigeria when he established Soft Alliance and Resources Limited in 2004 as a subsidiary of the US Company. Mr. Tunde Badejo played a major role in the Global Computerisation Project of Lagos State Government, right from design and concepts to implementation and final rollout to over 5000 users of the systems. Mr. Badejo is on the board of major companies in Nigeria and currently sits as the Managing Director/CEO of Soft Alliance and Resources Limited, a company with over =N=1b turnover per annum.

Mr. Badejo pays special attention to social and family matters hence his membership of some key social and environmental organizations both within and outside the country.

PRINCE ADEBAYO OLUSEGUN ADE-ADEDEJI – PRESIDENT/CEO

Prince Adebayo Olusegun Ade-Adedeji is the President and Chief Executive Officer which comprises of WIGATAP Trade & Investment Limited, WIGATAP Consulting Limited, WIGATAP Home Limited, Gilgal UK , WIGATAP LLC, WIGATAP HOMES Limited, Dallas, Texas and ELIM Shipping Services LLC in the USA.

Prince as being popularly called amongst his friends and staff is an accountant by training, an astute banker by profession who specialized in Treasury Management and Credit Analysis an industry he worked for about 18years the bulk being spent in the then and ever motivating bank IMB (International Merchant Bank) in Victoria Island , Lagos , Nigeria amongst others.

Prince Adebayo Ade-Adedeji has gone through various training in Nigeria and abroad after his graduation in 1984 from Yaba College of Technology, in Lagos , Nigeria .

Prince Adebayo Ade-Adedeji quit paid employment in 1996 to start his own business with Consultancy and Training (Ade Adedeji & Co) before he joined with other people of like minds to float (WIGATAP Trade & Investment Limited in 1999 which gave birth to other companies within the Group.

Prince Ade-Adedeji now oversees many business ventures in Nigeria and abroad ranging from Trading, Consultancy, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Security to mention a few. He still consults for financial institutions and deeply involved in Real Estate in Nigeria , United Kingdom and United States of America .

He is presently the President/Chief Executive Officer of WIGATAP Group and her associated companies.

MR. MUYIDEEN ADEDAMOLA LADOJA – DIRECTOR

Mr. Adedamola Ladoja is a Director in WIGATAPGroup. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Real Oil Mills Limited, Real Plantation Limited and a Director with Standard Trust Bank Plc amongst others.

Mr. Adedamola Ladoja holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from UK , and Master of International Management (Thunderbird) USA . He is a member of Institute of Directors , Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers and many other professional bodies both in Nigeria and abroad. He has served on various committee setup by the Federal Government of Nigeria to resolve lingering problem relative to the vegetable oil industry.

Mr. Ladoja worked as a Senior Strategic Planner and Financial Analyst for an Oil Support company in United States of America that is involved in planning and implementation of growth and entry strategies into various countries including Nigeria , Vanezuela and Russia .

MRS. OLUBUNMI ABOSEDE ADE-ADEDEJI - DIRECTOR

Mrs. Olubunmi Ade-Adedeji is a graduate of Mathematics and Business Administration from University of Lagos . Ever since her graduation in 1992 she has always remained in the Banking Industry.

She is an experienced banker of many years having worked in one of the top three banks in Nigeria after her graduation. To date she has over 22 years working experience as a Senior Management Staff of UBA, Plc, Nigeria.

She has undergone various training program both locally and internationally which has put her in the better position to offer useful strategies in improving the assets of WIGATAP Group.

Mrs. Olubunmi Ade-Adedeji is presently a Director in WIGATAP Homes Limited and WIGATAP Trade and Investment Limited.

MR ABIOLA ADERONMU   -  DIRECTOR

Mr. Aderonmu Ademola Abiola is a seasoned and experienced entrepreneur. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan (1983) and Master of Business Administration Degree with full specialization in Financial Management and Accounting from the University of Lagos (1985).

He worked with various financial institutions including Prudent Merchant Bank Ltd. from where he left to start Leo Investment Finance & Trust Ltd. in September 1990. He is the founder and Managing Director of FTN COCOA PROCESSORS PLC, Director of SMART PRODUCTS NIGERIA PLC., KODE INVESTMENTS LIMITED, EHFC LTD. and LIFT BUREAU DE-CHANGE LTD.

Mr. Aderonmu A. A. is married with children.

MR FEMI OLUMIDE      -     DIRECTOR

 

 

 

ENGR. AKINTOLA TAIWO – STRUCTURAL/CIVIL ENGINEER

An experienced engineer with a lot of experience in design and construction of buildings, roads, bridges and metal fabrication. He is a registered Engineer with the NSE and COREN. He was privileged to be a supervising engineer at the National Stadium Complex, Abuja.

DADA BABAJIDE – DESIGN ARCHITECT

This Italian trained architect with seventeen years experience is proficient with various types of Computer Aided Design software in 2 & 3 dimensional.

ENGR. OKOLO U.B. JOSHUA – BUILDER

He is a graduate of building of the University of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife Osun state; and qualified as a chartered builder in 1989. He also holds master degree in construction and engineering management and an MBA. He has in addition attended many courses in engineering, building and management studies.

He has been involved in the design, construction and management of various industrial, banking and residential projects in Nigeria.

OGUNJIMI, OLUFISAYO SAMUEL – QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Ogunjimi Olufisayo is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. He graduated with HND from the Polytechnic, Ibadan and also has Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.

He has been in consultancy practice and project construction, with experience spanning contract documentation, construction management, project supervision and administration. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS)
